VACCINES AND AUTISM

DATELINE Program 5/30/10

Whether or not you believe what the Dateline program has presented regarding the doctor responsible for linking the MMR vaccine to autism, you must continue to use your own logical thinking.  The parents themselves most likely have some idea how viable the link is for their child who has been effected.  When autism strikes 1 out of 100 children, the commonality of any link is unquestionable.  Autism has not "mysteriously" affected a child here and there.  The statistics are not 1 in 100,000 kids or even 1 in 1,000 children.  No one wants to take the blame for such a tragic happening affecting so many children.  The reality remains that 1 in 100 children have something in common!

I am not surprised at the success that has been achieved at silencing this doctor and discrediting him.  I believe there are numerous similar stories as decades have gone by of new diseases that have been labeled as "mysterious".  The CAUSE will never be revealed without much controversy and adversarial resistance to any research that may expose "the system".

I have been wanting
to connect with as many people as possible with the good news of regeneration and true disease prevention and health rebuilding.  Some of your friends and family might not read the book, but maybe they will listen to a 15-minute program weekly.  Whether they live in Albuquerque or are out of state, they can listen at their convenience and make a decision whether they want to invest in the book or a seminar.

I am looking forward to helping more people but also helping you who have enjoyed the book and classes.  It is possible that I may do a program that is mainly focused on taking calls and questions.  Most likely, a program like this would only be once a month or bi-monthly.

Your comments are welcomed.  The program can be accessed from this blog or on my website home page.

KEEP SICKNESS FROM YOUR HOUSE ANY TIME OF THE YEAR!

I am confident that you will combine your belief in God's healing power along with what you are about to read. Please do not get upset if I don't point out what you already know to be true from God's Word regarding healing. This blog is for those who don't have the knowledge of God's creation of the body.

I will share with you some steps and some concepts from my seminars.  You may not have full understanding unless you were to attend one of the classes or purchase the book, but I will give you basic help.

Medications and herbal supplements definitely have their place but the best cure is prevention!  Prevention eliminates the cause from the beginning!  The prevention minded person knows what will attract germs and the symptoms that will follow.  When we deal with the symptoms only after they have already arrived, we are merely playing "catch up".

The inward body chemistry environment sets the stage for germs to live, breed, and multiply.  Think of a trash can that is filled with garbage and stinks, therefore attracting the flies (germs).  If you continue to swat at the flies only, after a while, you would begin to feel quite silly.   The best way to be rid of the flies is to remove the garbage, right?  This is what we do regarding simple viral illnesses and diseases.  This is also how viruses can turn into infections.

TAKE THE GARBAGE OUT, PLEASE!!
What is the garbage?
  • Mucous-forming foods and drinks i.e., milk products and cheese, baby formulas.
  • Acid-forming foods (refer to Created for Health! book)
  • Sugar food and drink.  (Use healthier substitutes in your house.)
When you're sick, drastic elimination of sugar will promote health.  Continuing to consume any of these garbage foods will only work to prolong and even promote the graduation of a viral illness toward an infection.  I teach on momentum and synergy that you need to keep in mind when working to reverse any illness or disease.  When we consume these garbage foods in high amounts regularly, this will produce a body chemistry environment that will make a cozy home for the nasty germs to live in and perfect for multiplying and producing illness.

Get those FRUITS AND VEGETABLES into your babies and yourself!  We all say we hate sickness, but do you hate it to the point of loving our fruits and veggies more than the sugar and acid foods?  You don't need to overwhelm yourself with what vegetable contains what vitamin or mineral.  The only necessary information you need to know is that you need to get those fruits and vegetables into your meal planning more often because they promote the alkaline body chemistry environment that your body was CREATED to function primarily in.

The larger percentage of what you eat is what will create health or sickness.  You make the choices.  CHOOSE LIFE!

Do you know someone who is on the road back to recovery after disease?

Most of you know that I am working hard to get this message of hope and health to those whose lives have been affected by disease.  A major step toward that goal is providing a consistent place for people to come for education seminars and/or further assistance with helping them rebuild their health through the natural health practice.  I believe this will make it easier for you to refer people who are in desperate need.

I will continue to offer these seminars to organizations at their place of business, if asked.  I know what it meant to my life, and I know there are those looking for help just as I was.  I need to find them, and they need to find me.  I believe that the Lord will connect us through the various avenues that I am pursuing.  My steps are ordered of the Lord!

Psalm 37:23 (Amplified Bible)

23The steps of a [good] man are directed and established by the Lord when He delights in his way [and He busies Himself with his every step].

If you have found the seminars helpful for you, please pass my website information and contact info to someone that may need to hear the teaching.  Many have spoken of the book and classes as being "life changing".

Thank you to all my supporters who have prayed for me and continue to share their book, purchase more books for friends and family, and share what they have learned with people in their sphere of influence!

REVERSE OSMOSIS VS. DISTILLED WATER

I have been asked many times which water is better for you.  In my book, I have presented both Dr. Valerie Saxion's preference for distilled water and Dr.Scott Hannen's preference for the reverse osmosis water.  There is, indeed, a lack of minerals in both of these waters.  There are numerous variations of water that continue to come onto the store shelves.  There is also an alkaline water that retains the minerals.  There are various companies that produce these type of alkaline water ionizers, i.e., Kangan and other network marketing companies.  The price varies widely!

The benefit of alkaline water is that it helps a person maintain their alkaline levels in a range where they can better absorb and utilize the minerals from their foods and their juicing program.  The problem with the alkaline water is that people use that water to attempt to maintain their alkaline within the healthy ranges without consistent healthy food choices accompanying their water.  If they continue to eat poorly, how much are they really gaining?  They may have retained minerals in their water, but how many minerals are they consuming from their food?

As stated, in the book, distilled water is helpful to pull toxins out of the cells.  This is beneficial for any detoxification program you may be on.

I personally take a liquid mineral supplement.  I admit that I would like to someday find the best source of water at a fair price and plan on pursuing the research on this in the future.  Until then, what water people choose has been a personal preference of theirs.  What type of water will someone choose to invest in for themselves?  If someone does not plan on juicing regularly as I do, you will probably find that they will choose the expensive ionizers.  Yes, we need water for our bodies, but even the juice that I drink from juicing daily is hydrating to my body!

Cheers!

JUICER VS. HIGH SPEED BLENDER

People continue to inquire regarding the difference between a juicer and a high speed blender such as the Vita-Mix or the latest high speed blender by Montel Williams called the Health Master.

The differences and preferences are going to be a personal choice.  Some advantages that are pointed out in advertising is part of a marketing campaign.  They want you to purchase their blender over the juicer and visa versa.  Although I must say, that you might be able to get more juice for the amount of vegetables and fruits you put into the Health Master or Vita-Mix because it makes use of every bit of the food.  I do not agree with the marketing claim that most vitamins and minerals are lost with the pulp!  Most people's concern is not necessarily the waste, but the loss of fiber with the pulp that is discarded with juicers.  Again, this is your personal preference as to which you would prefer to purchase.  I get my fiber not only from the fruits I eat as snacks with the skins on, but also with the green leafy vegetables as well as other vegetables that I add to my salads daily.  Then there is also the steamed vegetable with dinner.  There is no need to be overly concerned about not getting enough fiber unless you intend to have your glass of juice (from the high speed blender) and then continue to eat foods that are made with WHITE flours which are constipating to your digestion!  Since I do not make it a habit to eat foods that are based in white flours, I am not sabotaging my juicing efforts.  I also feel that people may be more likely to make smoothies in a high speed blender than to actually be blending vegetables.  You are more likely to juice your vegetables with a juicer.  You cannot make smoothies with the juicer.

When considering which option is best for you, consider what your daily habits will be?  I do agree that the high speed blenders will also be easier for you to clean.  You only have the one container to clean and the cap.  Juicers have multiple parts to clean.  The Jack Lelanne juicer comes with a small book of recipes for juices you can create but also recipes for making cakes, cookies, etc. with the pulp.

I am going to be comparing them in the coming weeks and I will blog again with my opinions and others as to the taste of the juice made with a juicer vs. the high speed blender.

Whatever you do, do something!

Sarcastic Pharmaceutical Ad -- Lovaza

Warning:  This entry is indeed a blog of my thoughts and opinions.

I cannot (or can I) believe what I just saw.  Another pharmaceutical drug developed to lower triglyceride levels (fat in the blood) .  Not only is this just another drug joining the ranks of cholesterol lowering drugs but it had a bit of an attitude with it!

It was explained that this drug's formulation has its roots in omega-3 fish oils.  The person representing the medical community with his white coat said with a sarcastic facial expression "you can't get this at a health food store".  Why say that?  Why have a snotty, elitist facial expression to go along with it?  What makes the drug company think that omega 3 fish oils are not available at a health food store?  I guess they are trying to convince anyone who won't walk into a health food store that the drug is their only source and that there are not any "effective" remedies to be obtained at a health food store.

I am sure that in my lifetime I will observe the nastiness grow.  Instead of truly educating people to what will be helpful, let's keep them all in ignorance and at the mercy of the healthcare industry!

I will be working on the menu for our last class.  If anyone has any suggestions for something they want to taste but were always afraid to purchase at the store or attempt to make, please let me know.  I will consider any suggestions.  You can comment on this blog or go to "contact us" page to let me know what you would like to sample.

Currently, the potential sample menu consists of:

  • Cucumber juice, carrot & celery juice, made before your eyes.
  • Homemade 30-second almond milk
  • Healthy smoothies (includes 30-second almond milk in recipe)

Get Creative with Your Salads!

I didn't always enjoy salads before I made the lifestyle change but for the past 7 years, I have enjoyed them.  Maybe its because I know they are so good for me.  I see it as a challenge to my creativity when I make a salad.

Today I changed it up yet again.  What a great idea this was!  I personally have been staying away from store purchased dressings, even the organic.  Many organic dressings still contain regular vinegar and some other items that are not necessarily in our best health interests.  Vinegar is something you want to stay away from if you have had candida albicans in the past.  I have not had this problem, but I see certain foods as unbeneficial to me and vinegar is one of them.  I could use the apple cider vinegar in place of the regular vinegar, but I don't like the taste.  It is too strong for me, even when mixed with olive oil.

I have been using fresh squeezed lemon juice and olive oil in my salads along with salt and pepper for seasoning which is still very enjoyable.  Today, I was creative.  I remembered we had a pesto dipping oil from Williams Sonoma.  This was an excellent dressing!!!  The ingredients:

Extra-virgin olive oil
aged parmesan cheese
toasted garlic
garlic oil
basil
lemon juice
sea salt
chili flakes
vitamin E as a natural preservative

There was no need to add extra lemon juice.

In case you may be wondering what I put in my salad today:

baby spring mix
avocado
tomato

No cucumber today.  I had cucumber juice for breakfast!  Sometimes if I don't put avocado in I will put some raw slivered almonds in the salad.  Great crunch!  I am still in search of a great flat bread recipe (for my dehydrator) to eat with the salads.

Don't know what's for dinner tonight.  Probably wild Alaskan cob (frozen from Costco) cooked on the grill (with natural wood chips) with a steamed veggie on the side.  Rick might want a salad if he did not have one today at lunch.

Happy healthy eating!
